My calorie goal is 2000 per day, I'm 5'6". I weight train almost entirely, although some days it is kettlebell workouts or a rope workout. I'm not happy to be working tonight. Our neighbors are doing some sort of home improvement that involves saws and hammers. I slept about 5 hours. My patient is annoying, and I don't really like any of my Co workers that are here. Oh well.

My boss has commented twice on how my scrubs are hanging off of me. Best part about scrubs is the drawstring pants so I can wear them two sizes too large. Guess it's time to go shopping.

I changed the headings on my diary to reflect six hour periods. I just log things when I eat. I don't always keep my schedule, so that was getting too confusing.

I have a friend who is doing some diet plan where she only eats during a 5 hour window every day. She eats only whole foods, nothing processed, no sugar, no bread, no alcohol, no juices, etc. She will actually meet us for dinner then sit and drink water while everyone else eats. She doesn't eat in front of people either.…
