Completed day 1 and 2. Was ever so sore before I started my quads gave me grief even though I have been doing yoga, new muscles being worked. Feel good after day 2 completed.

Would like to join your group. Started yesterday but today my chest and legs are so sore I have to have a rest today. Shall commence on feb 1.

Thanks for that info. I completed day 1, but I am so sore I can't do day 2 until tomorrow when I can push my sore muscles.

Just started day 1 30 day shed, how do I enter this in my diary? Is it equal to circuit, 30 minutes? Look forward to feedback.

I only used John West. Garden salad, 85gr red salmon, salad dressing. Try whole grain bread, salmon avocado,red onion, lettuce, rocket.

Further to all other suggestions I would like to add thin rice cakes. Use them instead of bread due to the calories. Top with salsa, peanut butter, cottage cheese with basil.

Take magnesium. I suffer with cramps at Yoga especially when stretching.
