You need to change up your workouts. Your body gets used to the workout. You need to burn 3500 calories to lose one pound and THAT is a lot. But you can do it. I started using a heart monitor that tracked my calories burned more efficiently and this really helped to motivate me MORE! Are you creating a calorie deficit?…
