  • I still drink regular soda but only 1-2 cans a day where I use to drink it as my only drink. Other than that I drink water and juice. I have to have atleast one soda a day since it's my only form of caffiene (I do not drink coffee).
  • @taicampbell1 - 130lbs?
  • I am very sorry to hear that you were laid off! Unexpected things like this happen all the time and we are never prepared for them but we can push past them and move forward! I am not in the same situation as you but I have cut back on costs a lot because with raising a family, I just can't simply afford all the things I…
  • I saw a photo of myself holding my newborn nephew (3 months after having my son) and I could not believe how huge I was!! Since then I am down 82.4lbs with 33.6lbs to go!
  • I always weigh myself in the morning after using the restroom. I did weigh myself for awhile at 5:30 in the evenings (when attending WW) but find the best results by doing in the morning and I try to wear the same type of clothing.
  • Me and my fiance do the same thing!! But I agree with what everyone else says, let him prepare his own meals and buy his own food so you can stay on track and worry about yourself!
  • Thanks everyone for all of your replies! :) I have been eating a few back but not all. If I am hungry I will use them if not, then at least they are there if I did need them!
  • Thank you for correcting me :) I am still getting use to this.
  • Welcome April! :) I had my son back in April 2010 and since then have lost 81lb! My goal is to get to 150 as well so I have about 30lbs to go. Here if you want support and motivation!!

  • I totally agree with you! I work full time, take 2 classes at college part time and am a full time mom to a very active 2 year old boy lol its hard to find time for yourself but its essential!! I started following Weight Watchers 2 years ago and am now down 81lbs. I joined MFP a week ago because I need a change up and so…
  • Add me :) I log on everyday and check it periodically through the day!!
  • Sharyn I can't agree with you more! I think that is another thing I worry about. I think I am going to stick with my 5am work outs. I would rather be home with him in the evenings spending quality time since I am away from him for 8 hours already everyday. Thanks :)
  • Thanks so much for your responses everyone! My son use to attend daycare and loved being around kids but now my mother watches him but he loved being around other kids and playing with them. I read online this gym (Gold's) offers crafts, exercises and playtime for them. I have heard good things about them just nervous.…
  • I agree Dawn. On WW I had 29 points and this is what I would eat and would always hit my 29 points and use some weeklies. I guess my calorie intake has always been this way when I was following WW. That is not good at all! I am definitley learning now and I guess I need to incorporate more foods through the day to at least…
  • I am barley hitting 1,000 :( this is what I would eat daily/plan daily while doing WW. I guess that is why I stopped loosing and have been maintaining?? So I should atleast be hitting 1,200???
  • Buying new clothes is really getting harder and harder. At first it was ok but having to keep doing it gets expensive :/ I have been letting my jeans get really baggy and shirts be big on me. I love having to buy new clothes but I have a son to take care of so my needs come last. I try and get clothes on sale when I can.…
  • I hear ya! It's tough doing any diet but I try not to call it a "diet" but a lifestyle change. As long as you are doing it the healthy way, that is all that matters! :)
  • Feel free to add me! :)
  • Welcome to MFP! I myself am just starting to use this site. I follow WW for almost 2 years and lost 81lbs but now am stuck. Hope we can motivate and push eachother!! Feel free to add me! :)
  • I followed WW for almost 2 years and lost 81lbs with it but these last 30-35lbs are not coming off as easy!! I am going to use MFP and track my calories mainly because it is free and I need a switch up! I love Ww but after awhile doing the same thing over and over gets old! Feel free to add me! :)
  • Julie you already know how bad I am with my scale haha I hate that we want to weigh ourselves so much. You think it would be the opposite. But I am so proud of you for only checking yourself 1 time this week. My goal for next week is to only weigh myself on Monday (mid point). Let's see how it goes lol
