  • Thanks!! Once I complete 30DS I will definitley invest in the Ripped in 30!! :)
  • That's awesome. You're doing great :) thanks for the comment!!!
  • Thanks! After reading all these reviews I am noticing it is more for toning like you said which is what I need BADLY!!!! And thanks for encouraging that it can take more than 30 days :) I know it will be tough but I know it can be done!!
  • Great progress photos!! Is Ripped in 30 by JM as well?? I am very excited to start this now!!! thanks :)
  • That's awesome!!!! I need to get rid of my "angel wings" lol so I am hoping for toner arms!
  • Yep. I got mine from amazon but didn't know they were on youtube... thanks for the heads up!
  • Thats great!!! I pray I can get in shape before I have another child so that way it won't be as hard to lose weight and get back into shape after having him/her lol but that isn't for another year or so. And thank you :) I love all of the great support and advice from this post!
  • That is awesome!!! WTG :) what equipment do you need for the 30DS besides weights??? I am more aware that I can gain and I will be ok if I lose inches instead of pounds but I do want to get down to my goal weight by next summer but I know losing inches is just as good!
  • Wow that is great results!!! Keep it up :) thanks!! I have never taken measurements which I kick myslef for because I know I have lost a lot of inches since starting my journey but I will def do measurements when starting 30DS!
  • I applaud you all for doing Level 2! JM is a tough cookie lol and L1 was hard for me so I can only imagine. Thanks for the comment. I am definitley in need of toning and getting my abs back down to size since having my son 2 1/2 years ago. Thanks :)
  • Thank you so much for the great tips!!! I was actually thinking about the weights last night and buying some. What size did you start out with??? I have 5lb weights at home.
  • I am so anxious to try it lol but nervous about the gain since I have more weight to lose :/ and I def need to take before measurements!!!!
  • I can only imagine how much harder level 2 is lol I remember doing D1 on Level 1 back when I wasn't in shape and thought I was going to die lol thanks for the comment!
  • Thanks Jen. And I just looked at your before and current and you are looking great!!! Keep it up :) See I have heard about gaining as well while doing the 30DS which scares me since I still have 30-35lbs more to lose. I do need to tighten up badly though so this is another reason why I want to do this work out.
  • That's awesome results!! Thank you so much for the feedback!! I can't wait to give it a try again and complete it this time!
  • I had my son 2 1/2 years ago and had a small pooch before I had him from weight gain and now after having him via c-section, it's a lovely buldge that will not leave!! I have lost 80lbs and I admit it has gone down some but it;s still very out there and annoying!!! I HATE IT!!! I am a size 12/14 in jeans and would be a…
  • I am in the same boat :/ I am down 80lbs and can't seem to lose these last 35lbs!!! It's so annoying. And I have been the same weight myself for the last few months. Like you, I know what I need to do and I know I can do it but it's just I feel like I can't and it's tearing me up!!!!! But we can do this girl!!!
  • I have lost 81lbs and the first 25-50lbs I noticed a difference. I do understand how to us we can look the same, maybe a little change but not a lot. When I look in the mirror now weighing at 185lbs, I still see myself as 266lbs. It's a mental game. Congrats on the 50lb loss!!!!!
  • I definitley understand! I had my son back in April 2010 and weighed the most ever, 286-266lbs. I am now down to 180lbs with about 30 more to go. Me and my fiance want to have another child but I am terrified of gaining all the weight back!! I know now though that being active and eating healthy during pregnancy is a MUST.…
  • I live in the Glen Burnie/Ferndale area. I use to go to PF in Fr. Meade which is near where I work.
  • I am 24 years old and have a 2 year old. Down 81lbs!
  • Anne Arundel County here!
  • I would LOVE to be added to the group! My SW was 266 and my CW is 180. My GW is 150 but I have been stuck in the 180's for a few months now but am content with myself :) Been large framed all my life!
  • I agree 100% with being able to prepare your own meals and learning how to eat healthier and in moderation!
  • I don't necessarily like either of them and would never try them. I did follow Weight Watchers for almost 2 years and lost 80lbs. Yes you still have to prepare food but you are able to still eat whatever you would like, but in moderation. WW is honestly the best thing I could offer advice to you on. I am sure Jenny Craig…
  • I am having such a hard time loosing my belly buldge!!! I had my son 2 1/2 years ago via c-section and it is killing me not being able to get rid of it when I have lost in other areas :( any tips!!!
  • I would definitley get your thyroid checked out. I was experiencing the same things alil over a month ago and could not understand why?! I finally got blood work done and found out I have hypothyroidism. I am now on medicine for it and feeling 100% better! I sitll have my days but I am feeling no where a awful as I was and…
  • I am so sorry he is not supportive!!! But he should be backing you up 100% on whatever you want to do. Especially if it is to become healthier and to better youself! Have you asked him what his problem is?!?!?! I can't stand when I read stories like these when the spouses are not being supportive and make you feel guilty…
  • Don't get frustrated sweetie! I would try and eat more than 1200 calories. MFP says I should eat atleast 1470 before exercising so I think you need to eat more. It may sound silly but it works. Take working out down to 3-4 times a week for awhile and see what happens. The weight didn't come on over night so it's going to…
  • I have had a few through out my life but I remember 4 months after having my son (Aug 2010) we went to the local carnival and I wanted to get on some rides with my step daughter but I knew I would not be able to fit in the seat, let alone have the latch lock easily on me (weighing around 266lbs). Last year we went back to…
