I'm in! I started a couple weeks ago, but had a horrible past few days and gained back some. So I am starting over today and hopefully this will keep me on track until the new year :) starting weight - around 270 (i'll weigh myself tomorrow) Goal - 249

I would like the yogurt recipe :) does it turn out like Greek yogurt or regular yogurt? I love greek yogurt, but it's soo expensive!

I started the 17 dd last week and lost 7lbs! then went away for the long weekend (thanksgiving here in Canada) and gained 3.5 back :( so I'm back on track this week. I think I will extend my first 17 days to about 20 to make up for the long weekend. SW - 279 CW - 275.5 Goal for 17 days: 268 Frist Mini Goal: 250 (-29 lbs)

I started this last monday and had a great week, lost around 4 lbs. Then Easter happened. I'm only up 1.5 lbs, but I'm finding it hard to stay on track :( I'm determined to do it, and I decided I'm going to stay with cycle one a few extra days to make up for Easter. I need to do this!

I started on monday and so far I'm down 4 lbs :) The past 3 days I've been hungry constantly and have had a bad headache and have felt drained. Today I finally feel almost back to myself.
