  • March 27 Today mr ali introduced to us the new agility ladder. The training was pretty intense and we made alot of mistakes resulting in 5 push ups for all of us. It was fun hopefully we'll master the ladder soon.

  • March 25 : today I worked out at the gym and did 3 sets of bench press and 13 reps. And then moved to leg press and did 3 sets and 11 reps each and the weight was 125IBS. After that I did arm rows 3/15 45IBS. It was really hard, but never the less it was worth it.
  • March 24 : I was no lt here therefor r i did not do any of my daily exercises.
  • March 23 : I started with the weight room with some arm rows 3/12 I failed at the end. Then did leg press 3/10. After that I did bench press 3/10 35IBS. At the end it was Tiering but worth it.
  • March 20 : I started of with weightlifting in the gym with some leg press 12/3. Then moved on to arm rows 11/3. After that I did 12/3 bench press, while doing so, in the 3 set I failed to do 11. I was tired and exhausted
  • March 19: I did cardio workout going up and down the stairs for 20 minutes. I then did 15 minutes of the treadmill and the remaining was on the bike. I felt a little tired at the end and started to sweat a lot.
  • March 18 Today started out in the gym i did some leg press and felt pain in the back. also did dumble workout arm rows 11/3, and chest press of 35 pounds and i failed on 45 pounds . I would like to mention that i came to the school very sleepy and tired and i think that effected my workout for today. :smile:
  • March 17 : Today I ran up the stairs and on the trend mill. Running on the stairs makes my feet hurt. I will spend more time on the trend mill next time so I dont get a sore foot so I can do cardio longer.
  • March 16 : today did my stretches and warmed up by going up and down the stairs a couple of times. After that I began chest press 3/10 them moved on to leg press 3/10 then was introduced to a exercise which was the shoulder press. At the end I felt really tired and exhausted because I trained on an empty stomach.
  • March 13 : I came to school we'll fit and ready to do my daily exercises. I began to do 3 sets and 12 reps of arm rows, then continued to the chest press to do 3 sets and 10 reps. After that I had to go and take a test I missed.
  • March 12 : (Cardio) began my training with some speed walking for 20 minutes through the hallways. In addition I did walk up and down the stairs while doing my walking at the end my feet began to burn a little bit. When I finished I started the bicycle for 20 minutes.
  • march 11 : First started with some stretches as usual. then began to do the arm row exercise 3 sets 10 reps. After that began Chest press 3 sets for 15 reps. In addition while i was doing the exercise i felt my chest was getting very sore and kept burning me.
  • march 10 : I walked back and forth, through the hallways for 20 minutes. then 20 min stairs all with 5 minutes break
  • I learned a lot of things from my fitness pal app for example; Lean tissue requires significantly more energy to maintain because of the increased level of metabolic activity. In contrast, fat tissue requires very little energy to maintain and has little influence on the resting or basal metabolic energy needs.
