DON'T GIVE UP! Its ok to not have great results every week. You could easily be adding muscle (heavier than fat) and that could be part of this weeks lack of weight loss. I have done a few 5k's in the past. They are aweswome! The key is to go slow, pace yourself. I was so excited the first time i wore myself out before I was half way. Stay hydrated. That cramp in your side could have been from dehyration. Good luck!
