I Love this! I've lost the amount a sugar americans consume in a year - which sadly weighs more than a baby giraffe! LOL

Hi, I would suggest changing up your workout routine. If you usually do a lot of running, etc., do strength or yoga for a couple of days. Sometimes that shakes things up & the scale starts moving again. It's hard to not get discouraged, I know. But, stay focused & the weight will come off.
