I have no problem with healthy foods. Most of what I eat during the week is healthy. Just because I don't plan meals does't mean I'm not eating healthy. Like I'll take maybe 3 differnt meals to work and decide between what I'm in the mood for. I guess I feel like if I plan a meal, I won't want it when it's time to eat it…

I'm here! I'll be turning 41 in September. I'm dedicated to this website. I work out 6x a week with double workouts 5 days a week. I've lost 48 lbs. and want to lose another 50lb. I have a long way to go, so I'll need all the support I can get!

FYI I took the Weight Smart ones and they kinda made me sick. I even ate with them and I still felt the nauseated feeling. Weird.

I use my ipod touch as well. I love it. I would get an iphone if I were you. I got the app in March along with some coworkers. They had an Adroid and I used my ipod. The ipod app had more menu selections than the android. Maybe they have fixed this issue but not sure.
