Daily Food Diary
I was just wondering how everybody fills out their food diary. I fill my diary out as the day goes by. I just can't seem to plan my meals because I never know what I'm going to be hungry for. Is there a wrong or right way of doing this?

6 months and still in same weight range
It's been over a year since I started my weight loss journey and have lost 43lbs. and I am happy about the loss, but I have been in the same weight range 180-187 for the past 6 months. Is there a certain point when your body says" you are done"? I was at 185 when I joined and have lost 5lb, but I'm really getting…
