I should say, I do get some fruits and veggies, and I'm taking vitamins to make up for it. I do smoothies, etc. I know eating crap isnt good, but I just came across a study (at a university) where people were put on a calorie restricted diet of only things like twinkies and potato chips, but still lost weight.
