I'm 5'5 exactly!! March, 34.5% body fat, 161 lbs Today September 21%, 124 lbs My goal was 130 but wanted to get a bit less since I knew I could. I'm going to bulk up after my vacation so I"m interested to see what that will be like. Never done really good muscle building so I'm excited. It's possible!

Mine is subtle and funny enough people didn't really notice until I hit my goal weight. I guess I have the heart shaped face, haha! This is 30 pounds down....

Love this topic! For me it was a wellness challenge at work. Winner gets an iPad but more than that, it was realizing I could be better and get stronger.
