I walked for 60 minutes. To the store and around it. about 1.15 miles in all tonight. And burned 307 calories. :)

mine is open. I want help with what I eat. I eat crappy. I try to eat good but I struggle all the time with what I eat and eating enough. It makes it hard, but I am working on it. So if you feel the need to comment on what I ate, then have at it. :)

This is great and encouraging. I love this thread. LOL I struggle because I feel like if I eat mroe than 1300 calories I am going to gain weight. How do you make yourself eat more when YOu don't feel hungry to eat more. I struggle with this all the time. I only lost 5lb and then thanks to Easter gained 1lb back since Feb. WTH? So I am curious too

SO you are getting it free because someone else is paying. You reffered the 3 friends, and they had to refer someone. Someone is paying. For me Iwon't do it because I don't have the 3 friends to refer, and can't afford the $300 or whatever a month on the shake or whatever.

Well I lost 1lb. LOL Nothing big, but my pants are a little looser. I didn't do day 8, I will do it today. I was doing a ton of stuff for this weekend. But hopefully I can get it in today and tomorrow night

woot. Today was great. I did os much better at those blasted butt kicks. I hate those things, but it was good today. Push ups weren't as bad either. I really like this work out. It makes me sweat and feel accomplished when I am done. Tonight my 2 girls were doing it with me.

Pay this house off, buy a new house in a good area(ours is good, but better), pay off my van, buy a new van, buy a new car for dh, buy inlaws a house, and my other inlaws a house. Give 20% to church. Save some for the kids college funds, and be debt free.

Ok I did most of the workout yesterday and I'm sore. I will be doing it today too and well all the time. Do you like smoothie's? In the mornings, I put .5 cups of spinach, a banana, soy milk, yougurt, an berries of some sort in the blender. Zuchini is good with onions and some olive oil an salt and pepper. How about a nice garden salad with avacado cut up in it and some vinegrette?

Wow. Day one is done. I managed to eat 1400 calories of fruits and veggies. YIKES. That is a lot. I am full too. I ate a bunch of cabbage for dinner with tomato sauce. And added broccoli. So full. Made my smoothie and green drinks for work tomorrow. So I am set.
