Hi, I have a golds gym 390r stationary bike. Do you know of any good free fitness apps I can use for it? Possibly one with a coach?

Should I even be in this challenge??
So not sure if I am in the right challenge. I drink almond milk with my coffee or put some in a smoothie. So I get about 1 cup a day to 1.5 cups. I have had oranges, pineapple, apple, cucumber, spinach, celery, carrots, mango, peaches. broccoli, cabbage, and tomato oh, bell pepper, green onion, Is that ok?

To be a lunch lady and do the fruit and veggie thing. LOL They had chicken sandwiches today and kept asking me if I wanted one. "I kept saying, no I'm good, I have my fruit smoothie". How many Calories should I really be eating
I am so confused. Ok not really, but I hear so many things. I am 227 lb, 5' 9". I burn anywhere from 600-1200. So how many calories should I really be eating. I typically eat about 1100 calories, unless it as a day like yesterday where I didn't eat very good for lunch. :(
