I have had the same issue too. It is so frustrating when you work so hard on moving in what you think is the right direction and then you get big differences in results. Repeat your test on another day to check your results.

I like Baked String Beans. Put into a ziploc bag with a small amount of Extra Virgin Olive oil, put onto a cookie sheet and then season with salt, pepper, garlic power (pick your own favorite)

I have also checked my glucose levels within minutes and got different results. The monitors only give you ball park numbers. Keep doing the right things and eventually you will be playing in another ball park than you are today.
