Not really comfortable with it but I joined a weight loss competition with my daughter at the local YMCA, which starts today thru March. I've belonged to the gym for years but never actually use it I figure the easiest way to change that is to just jump in and see what happens. Could definitely use the extra motivation…

I'm in. cw:225 Lost a bunch then over the holidays put some back on, I've been really slacking off. Since it's 3 months away not so sure I can make the 20 by Easter goal but I am going to try! :)

Just for Today Jan. 4 I will drink 8 glasses of water Faithfully log everything that I eat I will begin the weight loss comp that I signed up for with my daughter I will make my 10,000 steps per day goal :) I absolutely love this idea, thank you for having this

I didn't either when I first joined here mine was closed. Reading some posts I came across a few where they said they enjoyed reading through them to give them menu idea so I went back and made mine available to friends. If I can help someone else simply by leaving it open then why not?
