GRRRR, I had a gain this week!!! so frustrating since I weighed on Saturday and it said 155.6. Goal this week is to drink more water and hit the gym 3x's...zumba classes!!! Yep, same issue in my house! I cook a lot and try to eat as clean as possible. My DH loves the drive thru's too much. He'll know I am making us dinner but stops by for his $.99 burger as an appitizer. Grrrr it's very frustrating.

I have both. I don' t use the scale type because I've heard they are really inaccurate. My hand held is by Orman and I love it. I did the water body fat and compared it with my hand held and it wasn't that far off. My scale...well that was horrible.

I love canned potatoes fried in a skillet. Of course I don't use butter to fry only Pam and on a rare occation I will drizzel Olive oil over the potatoes. Yep you can count it towards your water just don't forget to add up those 5 extra calories per 8oz. They add up quickly if you aren't careful. Therefore I always buy the off brands that are calorie free!
