I zone with mainly paleo foods. if i don't count i tend to undereat and overdo it on the carbs and fats even with paleo foods.

i go big for breakfast in the morning! My normal is 2 eggs, 1 chicken sausage, 1/3 cup Oatmeal, 1/2 Banana, 1 cup Berries, and 2 T Almond Butter!

Recovery day today. 14.5 took a lot out of me and I haven't had a rest day since I did it. Yesterday was Nicole. Rx'd for the first time!

my goal is ideally under 20 minutes, but i will be happy with it under 25. it's not going to be fun. im going to keep moving on the burpees and step them out if i have to to keep moving!

I'm a paleo zoner, but I pack things from home and eat pretty much all day long. Lots of protein and fats.
