  • Me too guys - I found a note in the calendar that had the same "lose weight" goal from 2016. I think we need to let the past go and focus on a fresh start - this is our year!

  • I guess my question is MF worth it or should you just do keto/low carb? Or do you do MF to get to goal and then transition to keto/low carb essentially as a way of life. I know losing it and then going back to carbs/old ways is what has me starting again, darn it. But 2017 is my (our) year! :)
