Short little 3 miler....should reach 100 this weekend....

Pretty fast paced (at least for me) 5 miler....not too many more miles to go...

4 miler this morning after a long day of work outside yesterday and a few cocktails last night...nice to run in the rain though.

Ran a 2 miler today, first run since Sunday. Been walking a lot for recovery but haven't been including them here...

Thanks! Unfortunately there was no local event, I know there was one in Colorado, Texas and Kansas I think. So, I decided to do my own little run in a small forest preserve with a 1.5 mile loop. It was pretty much self-supported except for my mom, girlfriend and a buddy who helped me out a lot with food, walking a loop or…

Today in honor of 9/11 I ran for 9 hours and 11 minutes...should say ran/walked and was able to get in 36.5 miles!

Slow, little, short 2 miler this morning....takin in easy for tomorrow's 9/11 run...
