I'm not really a part of this challenge, I just happen to come across this post, but it is totally possible. I burned approximately 7,800 calories last week, mostly running (44 miles). There was one day of weights in the gym, but that wasn't much of a calorie burner.

I always thought Chibs should be the VP and Happy should be Jax's Sergeant at Arms. Happy is one mean, violent SOB and loves hurting people. Glad Jax saved Tig, I knew Pope would end up dead somehow, just wasn't sure Tig was safe. Oh and Opie killing Stahl was defnitinely the best season finale...

Awesome! When I started running a few years ago a marathon was the furthest thing from my mind! That's great that you are already looking forward to it. In the past 3 years I've actually gone from 5k's to marathons and beyond...I'm actually training for my first 50 mile run in October...looking for a local running group is…

I would definitely recommend the 305. Used it for years and it was great until my dog decided to chew it up. This time I opted for the 310 which has a 20 hour battery life which I hope to test out one day. I noticed the 305 has gone up quite a bit in price since I first purchased it years ago, but it's still cheaper than a…

This answer is probably going to be different for everyone...it all depends on where you are fitness wise, how long you've been running, etc. I've been running for a few years now, have run everything from 5k's to marathons and longer, but for me....the first mile or two is usually the toughest when I'm still trying to get…

I have to agree with most people, the first mile or two is usually pretty rough, then I settle into a nice pace and can zone out for pretty much the rest of the way until the last mile or so, then I usually find myself speeding up a bit because I know I'm almost done...oh and on a treadmill....the entire run sucks...ehhh

Great question...started running years ago as weight management....just could never keep it consistent. Then 2-3 years ago when I started back up I signed up for a 5k and something clicked...I fell in love with running...not only does it help keep the weight off, it's given me more energy, confidence and I love how it…

If you want to stick with an English muffin, but want to try something else as a topping, try Nutella...a tablespoon is 100 calories and is enough to spread on both sides...I'll eat this occasionally for breakfast and when I do I make sure it's warm and it almost tastes like a chocolate donut! 100 calorie whole wheat…

New Balance and just lately Brooks Adrenaline and ASR's....basically anything that had some support since I tend to over pronate and comes in a 2E since I have a wider foot....

Hi all, feel free to add me as well....I'm currently running 4-5 times a week, working my way back from a stress fracture in my tibia...I've run most distances from a 5k to a marathon and beyond....thanks!

I'm going through the same thing right now. I was drinking anywhere from 1-4 cans, bottles or 32oz. Pepsi or Cokes a day. When I stop, which I've done many times, I usually have a pretty steady headache for 3-4 days. Once the caffeine is completely out of my system I'm fine. I've found that weaning myself off of it doesn't…

Looking to get about 1500 miles this upcoming year and hopefully complete my first 50 miler....then possibly a 12 hour run....

Another 6 miler last night...not too sure how many more miles I'll be able to get for awhile...going to the doctor tomorrow to get an official diagnosis on my leg/shin issue...ehhhh...there goes winter running...so far have 20 for December and was right on schedule...we'll see what happens...
-
Another 5 miles last night...not too sure if my shin/leg injury is fully healed...I'll try to finish up this week and see how it feels....
