I could of written your post! I feel the same way! I have not been to the gym for a week and just ate and ate over the weekend. Today I am going for a 30 minute walk!! I have to.. I hope you will do the same! One step at a time, one day at a time. You are still on the wagon.. stay on!!

very frustrating!! hang in there.. shake it up.. if you go to the gym do a different machine.. the scale will move again!

love, love, love hummus! Went through a red pepper stage but now doing the classic one. love it with grape tomatoes, pita chips, carrots, snow peas, pretzel sticks.
