I work at a gym and I have seen it ALL. If i go to the gym after work then yeah i'll have make up on but I would never put on make up FOR the gym. I get that some girls might be trying to impress a guy there, afterall I met my fiance at the gym, but there is no need for a cake face.

I don't think you should have to change your appearance in order for her to give you the affection you want. My fiance showed me the same kind of affection when I was fat and now that I've lost 30 lbs...In your profile you say that she is just not an affectionate person, so changing your appearance isn't going to change…

shoes are not worn in the house where I live or any house I have ever been to. I see on American TV shows that a lot of people wear their shoes inside the house but majority of Canadians do not do that.

I think it is motivating, especially for the men and women who are overweight and worried that they wouldn't be able to do a spin class. At the gym I work at, the spin instructors come in all shapes and sizes. I never once look at them and think "wtf. why are they teaching?" If anything, my mom who is self-conscious sees…

I'm 5'9 and my original goal weight was 155 which I reached over a year ago. I felt great. I am now aiming for 150! I spoke with a nutritionist who also said 150 would be a good goal as anything lower for my body type would be too low.
