1/2 cup vegetarian refried beans thinned with 2% milk, topped with 1 bunch steamed red chard seasoned with white balsamic vinegar, topped with 1 large egg fried in 1 tsp. coconut oil, 1/4 cantelope and coffee w/ 1Tbls half & half. Your breakfast looked great too.
