sw: Aug 27- 192.9 gw: Dec 31- 160 Started off weighing 320 its taken me a little over 2 years but now im to the point of losing between 8-10 pounds a month im gonna be ambitios and i want to weigh 160 on christmas day!

well for me this is my second time doing it, the first time i printed the info off the site and tried doing it but trying to match the timings sucked, this time i downloaded the app and i love it, im not much of a runner so i like how easy the program is to stick to

im in the stuck too i work 12 hour shifts and since im awak at 10pm after my shift i hit the gym for an hour before bed, but i cannot get up to hit the gym in the morning, could be the whole working 12hours thing... any ideas
