Im 5'4" and 3/4 so I understand completely. My little sister is even taller than me. But I have never been as lite as you are, so good going. I am aiming for 135lbs currently. The lowest I have ever been is 125. I would love to have you as a friend to encourage further weight loss.

Well last night I made a yummy under 500 calorie meal. It was grilled ocean perch, small corn on the cob on the grill, cubed garlic red potatoes, lima beans, and steamed broccoli. My whole family enjoyed it. I actually had enough calories left over to enjoy some grapes and juice for dessert.

I understand how you feel. It feels like you have pinched a nerve in your hip and without stretching it can stay that way for days. I do female push-ups to help prevent it. (Those are the push-ups where you keep your knees on the ground.) You may have to increase your reps if you start doing female push-ups tho. Always…
