So how am I supposed to calculate them? (Not being sarcastic) I did this about 2 years ago and I was successful but I never knew a true heart rate, I also use my fitbit for excerise purposes.

Oh I accurately log my food, I have had the treadclimber for about 1.5 years, I can exercise for an hour on it and it tells me that I have burned 800 calories, going the same speed it tells with the polar that I have burned 450 calories.

Don't beat yourself up. We all make slip ups. It's just part of human nature. Just try to do better tomorrow. If you feel like you need to do something about it then go for a short walk but a few chips shouldn't hurt your progress. Remember, tomorrow is another day! Hang in there!

Feel free to add me! I'm a mom of 4, my sons are 20, 18 and 5 and my daughter is 16. I'm an emotional eater too but my cholesterol was high, heart disease runs in our family and I just don't want to have a heart attack, I figured that my life was worth more than the food that I was putting in my mouth.

I do weigh everything that I eat and log it, I log the exercise that the bowflex gives me. I guess I am just exhausted at this point from using it an hour daily. I made spaghetti tonight, what I did was I bought lean meat for me, I cooked mine separate and that's where the weighing question came in at. I purchased it a week ago, I love mine, it does burn off the calories, I look like I've been in a swimming pool after an hour. I've lost 3 pounds this week. For me, only for me, the price tag was well worth it. I know for sure that it works for me.

When I did it a year ago I logged in for 153 days in a row. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months, I don't usually count housework at all. I only counted this because I was moving constantly for 90 minutes, I wouldn't count just regular cleaning. I also selected the light housework. I know I was successful last year not eating back…

I use my bowflex treadclimber, I know this one works, I look like I've been in a swimming pool after an hour, It has all of my info plugged in, so I know there's is correct. I used MFP a year ago and lost 30 pounds, I didn't have the bowflex then and I didn't eat back my calories.
