  • Thank you guys. The first week is the hardest I think, but I can pat myself on the back because I picked myself back up, dusted myself off and I kept on keeping on. I appreciate you guys! Thank you for your kindness and encouragement.

  • UGH, off the rails yesterday! Completely! I've already completed all of my weigh-in's but still, I'm having a hard time trying to forgive myself when I've blown it for a day. I go from blowing it, to really blowing it on that day. I've got to get that under control and not beat myself up.

  • So while I still didn’t log or really track much, I made myself get up and do 70 mins of walking while watching my 600 pound life.   • @craigo3154 Yes! I need to eat away from the TV, I am sure that I don't think about eating and I just eat. We have this nice formal dinning room and we don't eat in there at all. In fact no one eats together, that is something I need to do differently, move away from the TV and to the dinner table with my family.
