January Week 3 is now in the books!
January is a month where motivation is high with the New Year and it definitely shows this week! We are down 90.1 lbs across all teams which is AMAZING!! So many individuals dropping 1% or more this week, which is super! Awesome job everyone!! Let's take that momentum into Week 4!!

I need to keep it up to get down three lbs. more in the next three weeks!6 -

Apparently, I must be great at "maintenance mode". For the last 3 weeks I've been at exactly the same weight on weigh in day. Friday I was at 150ish and this morning it all came back. I was fighting allergies over the weekend and did not want to workout, but I did so anyways. I did gym on Saturday morning, trampoline park Saturday night, and hiking on Sunday morning. Argh!2 -

I'm going to make January my last month with the group even though I've enjoyed being part of the group, I'm at a weight now where I'm looking more to maintain then lose and don't think it's fair to the group if I'm not actively trying to lose more weight and help the Gutbusters! Thank you for all your support for as long I was in the group.

UGH, off the rails yesterday! Completely! I've already completed all of my weigh-in's but still, I'm having a hard time trying to forgive myself when I've blown it for a day. I go from blowing it, to really blowing it on that day. I've got to get that under control and not beat myself up.2
