Exercised?: Yes (3km walk in 23 mins - hills)
    Calories?: Yes
    Tracked?: Yes

Quick walk in the morning before backing and going away with family on holiday.

Usual dinner out and local pub. Food was quite good. The noise and the environment was too much for daughter, so hasty retreat back to the apartment after dinner to a quieter environment to allow her to de-stress. The change for holiday is quite a lot for her at the moment.

As I am away from home, likely will not weigh in on my usual day this week. (Away from my regular scale).

Did I exercise for at least 20 mins? Yes, I decided to get off my butt tonight and do it. It's my sons birthday so I just wanted to sleep and eat cake and enjoy the day but nearing the end of the night I realized I had only taken about 3700 steps so I kicked it into high gear and made it to 10K steps in 53 mins. I was racing against time and I barely made it. BUT I MADE IT!
Did I track? I tried to, I tracked the best I could, and since I'm not exactly sure how many calories was in something (ex French fries at dinner) I would split the fries and only eat half. The ice cream cake was ok, it had calories on there that I could count but I didn't really.
Did I log? Yes, even if it meant over exaggerating calories then that's what I did.

Tomorrow is Day 2 of my sons birthday party, we are going snow tubing with his little 9 year old friends. I'm going to be crazy by the end of the day! But on the plus side, I did get exercise in, I'm about to fold my laundry and then settle down and watch old episodes of ER that I have on my DVR. I'm fully invested in that show.

Exercised?: Yes (3.5km walk in 30 mins - flat)
    Calories?: No
    Tracked?: No

First day of holiday. Did not a lot, but I did walk to my parents place for dinner after my wife took my daughter to skating.

No way I was in budget today. Gluten free pancakes breakfast, chicken and salad for lunch, steak for dinner. No snacking, but meals large enough to put me over for the day (even without tracking).

Not concerned. It is holidays, and tomorrow I have the aerial obstacle course to enjoy (with daughter and her friend).

Just popping in to say hi. I haven't been able to track anything this week. Nonstop snow slowed down life for me. But I shovelled for at least 20mins every day, walked and snowshoed here and there, and did frequent coop cleanings since my chickens are refusing to go out in the snow, thus turning the coop into a stinky public restroom:) Coop cleaning is a lot of work!

I started having serious pain on the side of my calves when I go for walks. It was bothering me before but yesterday for the first time, i had to stop after 10mins and i headed back home in pain. After 5-10 minutes, it was gone. I'll have to look into this.

Hope everyone had a good week.

So while I still didn’t log or really track much, I made myself get up and do 70 mins of walking while watching my 600 pound life. My heart hurts for the people on there but also reminds me of what I need to be doing to become healthier.

Weigh in tomorrow 😩 I’m hoping for at least a decent number.

I don't know what got into me yesterday, was fine with breakfast & lunch, then I guess I just wanted a cheat night, ate a nice dinner but overdid with the cookies and adult beverages. >:) Think I just needed it. This morning I am re-focused and hoping to limit yesterdays damage by getting in a nice long walk, drinking lots of water, and healthy foods only today! Weigh-in is tomorrow. B)
