    January 30th
    Exercise? 13 mins of bodyweight exercises. Glute bridges (regular and one legged), weighted lunges (reverse and forward) for a warm up. Then 30 sumo squats with resistance band, 20 regular weighted squats with resistance band and 20 kickbacks on each leg. Didn't last very long but I'm feeling it haha.

    Tracked? Yes

    Calories? Way under, wasn't very hungry today. But did still have 3 balanced meals, just very low calorie on accident lol.

    Early walk today. Was forecast to be hot so went early. Was again over 40C (104F) again today.

    Holding steady at the top of my maintenance weight! :)
    We are scheduled (!!) for sun here on Sunday. It will be a gift for sure. I live in Chicago, and it hasn't been sunny since 1/21. It's very hard but I have been keeping up with my daily D drops, healthy foods, exercise and trying to squeeze in walks here and there.

    I over indulged last Saturday and Sunday, so I guess the gain is to be expected. It's not much but I'm still disappointed. Weight loss has slowed a lot in recent months, which is expected on a downward trend but I'm still in my feelings about it. I want to reevaluate my diet and exercise regimen.

    Apologies for not logging in yesterday. Lunch with friends, then an impromptu dinner out with wife (Korean barbecue). Good food, but over budget and lack of exercise.

    As it is past midnight, I have not got up to date with forum posts. I will catch up tomorrow.

    Today's drone race was first time I had flown in over a month. Up 5:00am to prepare and still tailing up things at midnight.
