Finally back from holidays.
Ruling myself out of circle for this month as I purposefully did not try to stay within budget or stick to exercise regime during holiday.
Had a good time. Very relaxing. Looking forward to being back. Missed reading everyone's posts and will take time to catch up.
Have not had access to my usual scale, so no weigh-in yet this week.3 -
Happy Friday!

140 is my "limit" weight--ie, when I hit that, it's time to get back to my maintenance basics. I have been eating 2nd helpings, unplanned snacks and sneaking chocolate chips...all of which contribute to that gain. 140 is my wake up call that it's time to make the good choices that work for me so I can feel my very best. Thanks for reading!2 -

Not a big drop like last time but I'll take it! I've continued exercising and eating healthy which is top priority so I'm happy!4 -
Anyone else lose right before the weekend then gain it back by Monday? My weigh in days are Mondays and I'm realizing that was a mistake... next time I'm choosing Friday! lol! I'm going to try really hard to hold on to this loss over the weekend... for accountability I'm at 150.8 (was 152.2 at the beginning of the week).2

Exercised?: Yes (6km walk in 48 mins - hills)
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Slow start back from holidays. Could not get motivated to do more than my usual minimum.
Still finding rhythm.
Tomorrow is my fathers 80th birthday, so going to celebrate with family. Australia day public holiday Monday, then back to work.
(Optional to add to the team weigh-in as last week was holiday, did not have access to a scale, I did not exercise nearly as much as normal, nor did I track, I ate out most days and relaxed with family).

Only 2 lbs added on a relax week where I had great time. Still largely GF diet, few snacks, but usually bigger (celebratory/social) meals.
Back to normal now though, so I expect this to be in my normal range in a couple of weeks.5 -

Very disappointed with this. I went off the rails last Saturday morning when I ate out with a friend and did a painting class, but that was it and got back on track by the afternoon. This week I've had an awful time with arthritis pain so maybe the inflammation is storing fluid. Who knows? Still at it exercising every day even though I want to just be under a blanket on the couch. I've been on a heating pad for my back almost every day. Rough week. Hoping for a turn around soon.9 -

I would like to try some personalised weight management coaching next month.
Directly send me a message if you are interested (do not post in this thread). (click on my name, then "Send a message".)- You must be in team Gutbusters and continuing through next month.
- You must be willing to exchange messages with me daily.
- You must friend me and open up MFP diary to friend access.
- You must be willing to weigh daily.
No cost. No prescribed diet. No "super foods". No supplements. No exercises you cannot do. The coaching is tailored to the individual and their circumstance. I intend to work on both mental and physical aspects of weight loss and management.
I can work with a maximum of 3 people.
The goal is to make a 3% weight reduction (or better) in the 4 weeks of the February competition.2 -
