The slowest and steadiest I'm willing to go is three pounds a week instead of two! But I really don't want to starve myself either. It's just that I have a lot of weight to lose if I'm going to reach my goals. Not just weight but career wise as well.

As the great Julie Andrews once said "Perseverance is failing nineteen times and succeeding the 20th". Don't give up! Just keep trying until you eventually reach your goal! You also don't have to starve to lose weight and you certainly don't have to change the things you eat. Just the way you eat! Remember to always count…
