I can't believe I just read your post. So thankful I did. This is my very first day joining this site, and my 2nd day of no alcohol. Like you, I was drinking a lot (for me it was 4 vodka drinks per night or a whole bottle of wine monday though sunday). Typing that out makes me sick. Anyway, I am starting yoga tomorrow…
