Well my issue was being almost 1000 under. I'm all for losing weight, but I've been warned by people who have lost weight and doctors alike that losing it too quickly or not eating enough is incredibly unhealthy and puts a lot of unneeded stress on your body.

My issue is I'm not craving sweet things. In fat I don't normally eat sugar things. My biggest weakness is salty foods.

Meat has been such a big part of family meals. It was almost unthinkable that I would making the leap to vegetarianism at all in my life.

I know how you feel. It's hard being a vegetarian in my family. So much meat! It's always the biggest part of the meal. It took so much time for me to get around the idea that vegetables could be center stage at dinner time.

I can believe it! This is my 3rd trying to make it stick. The first time I went about 2 weeks before I started to get sick. The 2nd time I had to stop because I had to move back with my parents. But I'm hoping the 3rd times the charm as I am finally making a life of my own.

Thanks! I'll keep that in mind. When I tried going vegetarian in the past, I would always get sick after a few weeks and I'm pretty sure low protein was the main cause.
