  • The phrase "you are what you eat", mainly means that whatever you eat determines how you react. Basically meaning if you eat healthy snacks and foods then you will be more healthy and feel more energized. Such as if you eat nothing but fats and carbs, then you will feel less energized and weaker/slow.
  • My hydration from a scale of 1 to 10, would be a 10! I really love drinking water. I like the feeling of being refreshed.
  • I believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I don't eat a healthy breakfast, so I should change the type of food that I eat to improve my healthy life-style. I usually would eat pizza or doritos or cookies in the morning. To improve my health I should start eating apples, bannanas, or eggs.
