What Zoe said! I have also noticed that since cutting milk from my 3 daily coffees my periods have been a lot lighter and a LOT less painful and that my skin does not flare up with pimples around TOM. WHO KNEW THAT MAYBE MILK ISN'T GOOD FOR US!

PItta bread does it for me. The Food Doctor do a beautiful one, but you might need to freeze it and toast as you go as it doesnt last a week usually due to lack of preservatives (hence low sodium)

Cauliflower is ew to me. One of the few I dont like. Agree with above - roast them or bake them. Chop them all up - spray with a bit of fry lite - salt, pepper, garlic. Yum. Spices and experiments have a lot going for them.

Also try taking some dried fruit - figs or dates. Also, request a vegan or vegetarian meal before you fly. They have a lot less sodium so you'll retain less water when you land :) And the quality is a lot better. I'm always dubious about the origin on airplane meat to be honest anyway.

Eat in season and bulk out meals with potatoes/rice/beans. Also, get herbs and spices from Asian supermarkets - you can get huge bags for less than half what Schwartz or Oxo would charge.

As above, not much you can do with genetics. That said, you can streamline them. I'm a standard pear shape (no boobs, weirdly big hips/thighs topped off with a great set of cankles). I found 10 minutes, 4 times a week on the step machine gave them some definition and definitely did not make then bigger.

No. Your body only takes what it needs and the rest it will just poop out. It can only absorb so much. You'd need a hell of lot in an incredibly short space of time in order to suffer any ill effects, to be honest.
