What works for one person does not always work for everyone.

For me not eating them back works well. There was point when I was eating them back and I started to gain weight. I have since stop and the weight I gained is coming back off.

People did not start noticing my weight lost until I reached the 20 pound mark. Once I reached that every pound that came off became more noticable. I also noticed that once I hit the 20 pund mark, that is when my size started to change.

My new favorite brand is Banana Republic, I was introducted to these by accident, the fit is best ever. A close second for me is the GAP. I have always found that these jeans work the best for me over the years. I wore them when I was at my heavest (20) and they looked great and now they look even better at my new size(10).

I was told by a dietian that you should not eat the calories back. The whole purpose of losing weight is to burn more then you eat.
