I agree! I can log in my food from anywhere- no excuses - or forgetting. When I'm deciding what to have for the next meal I check my phone to see how much I can have. Love it!!

Hi. I just started today so I'm hoping to get motivated also!! I actually exercised this morning and ate oatmeal for breakfast so I've been successful for oh.........about............4 hours! :bigsmile: I'm gonna count calories and set my goal at 1200 calories a day.
