  • My average calorie intake is around 1,600, and they said I should get atleast 2,000 calories every day. I tend to be low in sodium and carbs. I have too much protein. I can fix this by eating more grains, like chips or crackers.
  • I would say my overall hydration is a 6. I drink a bit of water throughout the day, but not much. I always drink a lot of water before I exercise. I could improve my hydration by drinking more water throughout the day, especially at school.
  • Eating a healthier cereal can help improve your eating habits. Also, orange juice is a good thing for you to drink in the morning. It can help give your body a big boost of vitamin c that can help keep you from getting sick.
  • I usually eat breakfast every morning at school. I try to eat something before I start my classes because I want to be able to focus and I don't want to be hungry all day.
