you absolutely crack me up :) i'm in again this month...my aim is to hit 360 minutes a week and 2500 calories burned...this first week will be tough because i have an 11 hour day and two 12 hour days but i'm going to try my hardest to get there :) monday: run 26 minutes/251 calories to go: 334 minutes/2249 calories :)

i am holding on to my one size up clothes (put away for safe-keeping not wearing) because i know that within the next year or so i am going to want to start trying to get pregnant and they might come in handy...but until then they stay packed away not to be needed :)

i totally get the feeling!!!! i drink about 3 liters of water (and a 16.9 oz diet pepsi) while i am at work :) for me though it is a little bit of a mental thing and a slight avoidance tactic from doing paperwork! :)

i tend to agree with both sides...with mfp i have been able to get to a weight that i didn't think possible and my confidence has improved because of that :) i find myself much more accountable and tracking calories has made me MUCH more aware of what i eat and helped me to make exercise a huge priority in my life again…

i have finally (well almost) gotten to the point that i am happy with a happy 'range' rather than a magic number :) i am 5'3.5'' and i tend to stick around about 127.5lbs give or take a few lbs depending on the day (i have a medium frame and thicker, muscular legs)...my magic number was 125 and i see it from time to time…
