me too!!!! :) i hear the dilemma with pants/shorts being too big...i am round about my goal weight and am slowly rebuilding my closet...its hard to say goodbye to things that you love that are suddenly too big :) like others have said, old navy is great for cute and cheap so you don't have to feel too bad about phasing out…

i say go for it...but like others have said eat 1/2 or even 3/4 of it...you really could be picking something worse and if you are anything like me if you are craving it and deny yourself you will eat more of other things to try to make up for the craving and end up just as terrible if not worse than if you would've just…

i think it depends on how much you go over/under each time...if it is a small amount that you are going over each time you aren't going to sabotage yourself too much because there is a deficit built in to your calorie goal each day anyway...personally i do have a bad day now and then and try to make up for it the next few…

i try to go for a run...or walk the dog...or munch on healthy snacks...it is HARD though...boredom and stress are my downfalls and both are dominating my life right now...if anyone has a magic cure i'd LOVE to hear it and try it :)

i do the same thing...i can't resist! every once in a while it makes me feel a little crazy but overall i think it helps keep me accountable :) i don't count it as a 'loss' until i've seen the same number for a few days and the same goes for a gain :)

i'm back in on this :) i'm only working part time for the summer so this is good motivation to not let myself be too lazy lounging by the pool :) monday: 50 minute walk tuesday: 80 minute walk wednesday: 70 minute walk total so far: 200 minutes...all done in boiling hot 90+ degree humid weather...gotta love michigan…

it totally depends on the person...i got mine out at 19 and was down for the count for a few days (lost a few lbs too) but by the end of the first week i was good to go :) don't push yourself too hard but as others are suggesting, take some little walks when you feel up to it...and be careful about not eating too much…

i've found that a lot has to do with the cut too...with lower rise jeans/pants i need a bigger size than with a medium rise...and how they are cut against my hips and thighs makes a difference too (because no matter what i do my legs will always be muscular and my hips will always exist in excess ;) haha)...oh and juniors…

i am also a big fan of multi-grain cheerios with blueberries...but my big addiction is apple cinnamon cheerios :) yummy

definitely a compliment...even if it is a backhanded one! :) i always think its funny who notices and how they bring it up...at my brother's graduation party i had two of my uncles comment! i never thought that they would be the ones to notice...since men are so commonly not observant, i feel that if they are noticing that…

monday: 30 minute run tuesday: 60 minute walk wednesday: 45 minutes elliptical thursday: 35 minute run/walk total: 170 minutes...190 to go...my original plans of working my butt off and lounging by the pool have been squashed but i'm still hoping to get a bit of exercise in over the weekend
