  • Yeah you should stay hydrated. Especially if you work out.
  • 7 i stay hydrated pretty well but i should eat more vegtables. I could carry a bottle of water with me and refill it throuhg out the day. i could also bring water when i work out.
  • Its not good to eat breakfest. It could cause some problems.
  • I drink a protien shake and tea in the morning and it keeps me full until i get to lunch. Breakfest is an important meal because it gets you started for the day and provides you with energy. It also helps your brain focus when it has food in the body.
