  • My daily intake is low for the recommended daily intake. Im going to take in more preoteins and a little more calories to improve. I need to start drinking alot more water and eat alot more healthier foods.
  • I would rate myself a 5. To increase the number i can drink more water and less pop and other drinks that aren't as good for me. My tip would be to always have a water bottle with you.
