My calorie intake was pretty high yesterday. I went over board on how much fat I ate. To keep these levels down to my recommended levels, I could eat foods that aren't deep fried or from out the house.

My hydration would have to be an 8. As soon as I get home I drink about 3 cups of water. To increase this number I could drink water frequently throughout the day. To stay hydrated all day I could carry around a water bottle and drink that instead of buying juice.
