My daily calorie intake is 2000 calories. I get alot of my calories from unhealthy food like fast food or junk food. I need to start getting more calories from healthier foods like more fruits and more vegtables and start reducing the amount of calories that I get from unhealthy food.

I think on a scale from 1 through 10 I am a 4. Some tips for staying hydrated would be to drink more water throughout the day. Also to only drink water and nothing else.
