Yep, toning up here. Last time I did the Shred I lost a few pounds but the most obvious for me was looking toner and going down clothes sizes.

Hi. Joining the group. I'm starting the 30 Day Shred on Monday. I got great results with the 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 in the last year but have been lazy the last 3 months. Time to start ramping up the workout again. Looking forward to the challenge with all of you.
