You could also try a cleansing conditioner like Wen.

Good luck. I am curious about something. So you've decided that you want to lose 10 pounds by June 1st, but what will you do if your body decides to only let go of 5 pounds? I've never been successful when I put time limits on my weight loss. However, I hope it works for you. I wish you much success.

I'm finding it easier to lose in my 30s, but I attribute some of that success to having better tools and knowledge than I did in my 20s.

Hi. I'm 36 and from Maryland. I've been on MFP for almost a year. I've lost 70 pounds so far and want to lose another 60.

Hi. I started Medifast in February 2014 and down almost 70 pounds. I have been learning (on my own) how to replace their items with real food for the same reason... it's expensive! I figured out what my macros needed to be in order to continue losing without having to rely on their products completely. However, I like…

You could always rephrase their comment/question back at them... "Did you just say my face is fat? I wasn't sure if I heard you correctly." or "Did you just ask me when I'm due? Because the last time I checked, I wasn't pregnant." or "Oh, you say my sister is pretty the pretty 'one,' however, my friends say I'm beautiful."

Protein bar and string cheese.

I hit 199 a few weeks ago. Since then the scale has been bouncing back and forth between 197 and 199. Drives me nuts, but at least I can say that I'm officially in the 190s.

I have the LG HBS Bluetooth Headset. I think I'm on my third pair and I've bought two additional pairs as gifts. You can use them to listen to music and/or talk on the phone.…

I have a 1.5-2 hour commute to work too. I have a similar schedule, so I eat 6 small meals a day. My eating schedule looks like this: Meal 1 @ 6:30 am Meal 2 @ 9:00 am Meal 3 @ 12:00 pm Meal 4 @ 2:00 pm Meal 5 @ 4:00 pm Meal 6 @ 6:30 pm

My #1 go-to snack is string cheese. I do batch cooking on Sundays. I bake lots of chicken breasts, boiled eggs, boneless pork chops, bacon, turkey sausage (kielbasa), thin-cut rib eye steaks. Then I portion them out in ziplock bags... weigh them, write the weight on the bag with a Sharpie, and I'm good to go for the week.…

I used to be one of those people too. However, 9 months ago decided to go low carb and have lost 70 pounds in the process. It's still hard to believe sometimes.

About 3 years ago I went on Phentermine for about 6 months and lost about 70 pounds. I went off the pills and gained back 40 over the course of about 2 years. About 7 months ago decided "Enough!" and have lost 59 pounds without any pills and learning how to eat real food and recognize hunger and other things that I needed…

Oh and I just thought of something. A lot of days I go over my calories, but I don't worry about it as long as I stay under 100g of carbs and 120g of protein. I really don't focus on fat... however, I do try to keep my sugar under 35g per day. I really believe this helps curb my cravings. Sorry for posting 3 times in a row…

I do 1,300 cals/per day and this is what my macros look like: Carbs 98g - 30% Fat 58g - 40% Protein 98g - 30%

I've been doing 100g/per day for the last 7 months and have seen good results, which keeps me motivated. I've read about others that have had success doing more.... while others do much less. Whichever you decide, good luck!

I plan out 3 small meals and 3 snacks. Some days I'm hungrier in the morning, other days in the afternoon. Some days I space out all 6 meals perfectly.... other days I'll eat a snack with one of my meals. It all depends on how hungry I am. I say eat when you're hungry.
