My calorie intake is nowhere close to being 2000. It is always less because sometimes I skip meals because of homework or other activities that I am doing. I drink milk at home too. I don't drink as much water as you even though I should because I am an athlete. I will try to do that more often.:drinker:

I would rate my overall hydration as a seven. I don't drink as much as I should but I do stay pretty hydrated during the day. I can drink more water everyday and continue to do that every week. Eating fruit can help maintain hydration during the day as well. :drinker:
